Terms of Service for CRX Installer - CRX Loader

These Terms of Service govern your use of CRX Installer - CRX Loader, a Chrome extension that helps users install, review, run, manage, update, and uninstall Chrome extension packages from CRX or ZIP files.

Use of the Extension

You may use CRX Loader to work with extension packages that you own, are authorized to use, or are otherwise permitted to install. You are responsible for the packages you choose to upload, install, run, update, or remove.

User-Initiated Packages

CRX Loader does not provide a CRX download mirror or store scraping service. The extension is intended for user-initiated workflows involving CRX files, ZIP packages, or supported install URLs selected by the user.

Permissions and Package Behavior

Extension packages may request permissions or perform actions based on their own code and configuration. Review requested permissions before continuing and install only packages you trust. CRX Loader is not responsible for third-party package content, behavior, availability, or security.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CRX Loader to violate laws, bypass access controls, distribute malicious packages, infringe intellectual property rights, or interfere with browser, network, service, or user security.

No Warranties

CRX Loader is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every CRX or ZIP package will install, run, update, or uninstall successfully, or that third-party package functionality will behave as expected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from your use of CRX Loader or third-party extension packages.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update CRX Loader or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
